The AromaTouch Massage Blend is a calming essential oil blend you can use during a massage, or diffuse when you need to lessen tension without getting sleepy. The comforting and relaxing effects of this oil blend give you the benefits of all its powerful oils combined, while assisting in calming the senses.
Dosage
Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.Ingredients
